Call for Art at the HCA

Eligibility:
Artists of all ages are welcome to apply.

Non-local selected artists work must be received at the HCA, 98 Hayden Rowe St, Hopkinton, MA 01748 c/o exhibitions by October 28, 2019. Non-local artists are responsible for shipping costs both to and from the HCA, and are responsible for insuring their work while in transit. If shipping work, each artist must provide a pre-paid, UPS or FedEx return shipping label including insurance. Please pack your work in sturdy reusable packaging. The HCA carries appropriate insurance to cover all artwork in the show for the duration of the exhibition, including the time frame of drop-off, installation, de-installation and pick-up.

Submission Fee:
$10 per submission. Limit 5 submissions per artist.

Commission Structure: 
Artists receive 70% commission, and the HCA receives 30% for art sold during the exhibition. The HCA may duplicate and reproduce images of work for purposes of public relations and exhibition announcements directly related to the exhibition. 

Artwork pick up:

If you have not provided a pre-paid, UPS or FedEx return shipping label including insurance, you must pick up your work November 22 or 23rd. If you are unable to come at that time, you must make arrangements to pick up your work no later than December 21. Please call 508.435.9222 to do so. Work not picked up by December 21, 2019 will become property of the HCA.
